Delivery Policy

At SGVAPEON.COM, we provide fast, reliable, and secure vape delivery across Singapore every day of the week. Please review our delivery policy to understand how we operate and how to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer island-wide delivery to all residential and commercial addresses within Singapore. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and reachable.

2. Delivery Time Slots

Our daily delivery windows are:

• 3:00PM – 6:00PM (Order cut-off: 2:00PM)
• 6:00PM – 9:00PM (Order cut-off: 5:00PM)
• 9:00PM – 12:00AM (Order cut-off: 8:30PM)

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available slot or next day.

3. Delivery Days

We deliver 7 days a week, including public holidays unless otherwise notified. High-demand periods may experience slight delays, so we recommend ordering early.

4. Payment Terms

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is the preferred payment method.
• Important: We do not accept PayNow at the time of delivery. If you request PayNow last-minute, the driver may cancel the order and leave.

5. Safety & In-Person Delivery

For safety reasons, our delivery drivers only hand over products face-to-face at the ground floor or building lobby.

• ⚠️ Doorstep delivery (e.g., up elevators or to your unit) requires an additional fee of SGD $10.
• Please inform us via WhatsApp before delivery if you need this service.

6. WhatsApp Notification & Payment Flow

You will receive a WhatsApp message from our driver prior to delivery, informing you of the estimated arrival time. You can coordinate with the driver accordingly.

Important: Customers must pass cash to the driver first. Only after receiving payment will the driver hand over your parcel.

7. Waiting Time

Our driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes upon arrival. If you are not present within this time, the driver will leave.

8. Surcharge Zones

Deliveries to certain locations require an additional SGD $10 driver fee due to restricted access or long-distance travel:

• CBD Districts: Postal codes starting with 01-08
• Jurong Island & Tuas: Postal codes starting with 62-63
• Sentosa Island: All addresses

If you prefer to avoid this surcharge, please provide an alternative address with a different postal code.
