Order & Payment

Please prepare the exact amount.
No PayNow/PayLah during delivery unless arranged in advance.
👉 You can WhatsApp us to modify your order before delivery is dispatched.
After driver has picked up the parcel, changes are not allowed.
Delivery & Timing
We deliver every day, including weekends. Available time slots:
- 3:00PM – 7:00PM (cut-off 2PM)
- 7:00PM – 1:00AM (cut-off 5PM)
- 7:00PM – 11:00AM (cut-off 6PM)
For safety, our driver meets you downstairs or at the lobby only.
If you need doorstep service, a SGD $10 additional fee applies. Please inform us before delivery.
Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes. If you're not present, the driver will leave.
SGD $10 additional fee applies to:
- CBD areas: Postal codes starting with 01-08
- Jurong Island / Tuas: 62, 63
- All Sentosa addresses
Product & Return
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are possible in cases of:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Missing items
Please WhatsApp us with photo/video evidence + original packaging for verification.
Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately with clear photos/videos. We’ll verify and send the correct product on the next delivery round.
